Director of Development
Ben Hoyle:
Working on the development of dodgeball for the past ten years we are pleased to welcome Ben to British Dodgeball. Ben’s main responsibility is to ensure all British Dodgeball team members are implementing British Dodgeballs vision for the growth of the sport. As well as managing and developing our coach education program, working alongside our Director of Competitions and developing resources Ben works closely with schools, colleges and universities to introduce and sustain dodgeball within their individual environments. Ben is also the data controller and works full time for British Dodgeball

Director of Marketing & Digital Media
John Slemensek:
We are delighted to welcome John to British Dodgeball to lead and develop our marketing and digital media. John is an artist with the camera and works tirelessly to raise the profile of dodgeball through film and photography. John will also be supporting affiliated clubs with their own online web and social media profiles and supporting our Director of Competitions with event management. John works full time for British Dodgeball.

Director of National Teams
Lucinda Stott:
We are pleased to have Lucinda as part of our board of directors at British Dodgeball. Lucinda's role as Director of National Teams at British Dodgeball is to support each of our 4 national teams and ensure they have the correct processes and procedures in place that allow each manager and other volunteers to conduct their roles effectively.

National Competitions Manager
Gareth Lewis:
Gareth implements British Dodgeballs leagues and competitions. He manages a team of regional competition activators and referees. Gareth works closely with our Director of Development to plan a competitions pathway that supports the ongoing development of dodgeball. Gareth works full time for British Dodgeball.

Head of Rules & Discipline
Jess Goshawk:
Jess heads up both a rules and sanctions committee to develop the rules and regulations of the sport in line with its progression. Working alongside her committees part of Jess’s responsibilities are to ensure that the rules and regulations of the sport are fair and consistently applied. Jess works part time for British Dodgeball.

Club Development Activator
Aden Woodall:
We are pleased to welcome Aden to the British Dodgeball team. Aden brings with him six years of experience in coaching, development and teaching alongside his achievements and expertise as a founder member and chairman of Manchester Bees Dodgeball Club, the first dodgeball club to achieve clubmark status. Aden will be supporting new and existing clubs with their development and club structure. Aden is currently working voluntarily for British Dodgeball.

Head of Referees
Danny Egleton:
Danny provides a supporting role to the development of new and existing referees within dodgeball. Danny is also an invaluable member of the rules and sanctions committees. Danny works freelance as a tutor and referee for British Dodgeball.

Major Events Coordinator
Scotty Whitelaw:
We are delighted to welcome Scotty as our Major Events Coordinator at British Dodgeball. Scotty has played dodgeball for the past 7 years at club and international level with Scotland. He recently led the organisation of the very successful European Dodgeball Championships 2017 that welcomed 14 competing nations to Glasgow. Scotty works voluntarily for British Dodgeball alongside the Director of Development to manage both the Northern European Championships and the British Championships in May and June of 2018.

Head Tutor
Matt Hilliker:
Matt is a real asset to the team at British Dodgeball. He bring with him a wealth of experience as a tutor, assessor and master coach educator of many sports across the UK and abroad. Matt's pragmatic philosophy on Coach Education is to use the most recent, valid and authentic research to underpin practical of how we can improve our coaching practices. Matt has worked alongside our Director of Development to design the fantastic pathway of coach education at British Dodgeball.
