International dodgeball is at the forefront of our vision for the growth of the game and forms part of one of our primary aims as an organsation 'to inspire people to enjoy dodgeball through positive role models and major events'.
Since our inception in 2017 British Dodgeball has invested considerable resources into the hosting of at least one major international event each season. The 2018 Northern European Championships in Middlesbrough, the 2019 Atlantic Cup in Manchester, the 2019 European Championships in Newcastle and the 2020 World Championships in Glasgow.
As well as hosting major events we are also working with our national team Head Coaches and Management Committees to continually develop both players and coaches. The pathway for players into international dodgeball in the U.K. provides great opportunities for players through new initiatives such as the Home Nations League.
British Dodgeball plays a prominent role in the development of international dodgeball worldwide and is a key member of the European and World Dodgeball Associations with staff members working and contributing to various World and European committees.
