Welcome to a very busy weekend for British Dodgeball!

Opening with an explosive final round of the Midlands Junior League Under 11’s and 14’s division. With all to play for in the Under 11s League, Leicester Cobras and Ravens are set for a really tight final day. In the Under 14’s category, a close deciding day is coming between Virtue Empire, Leicester Panthers and Ravens Blue, all closing in on the top spot. Good luck to all teams competing!

On the international circuit, all eyes are focused on the Northern Ireland Knights and the England Lions in a very exciting Home Nations League fixture taking place in Bangor, Northern Ireland. This will be an intense rematch, particularly in the mens division, after their previous face off at the European Championships where the Knights charged in with a victory over the Lions, who are out for revenge in what promises to be a seriously explosive fixture between the two nations.

Keep up to date with how the teams are doing in the Home Nations League

Heading over to Nottingham, the University Open is looking to be a fiercely competitive event, completely full of women and mens uni teams. Who will come out on top and reign victorious? Keep up-to date to find out more!

Saturday isn’t the only jam-packed day this weekend, with the second round of the mixed leagues falling on Sunday. With London Storm and Leamington Spartans sitting at the top of the league, one of them will fall. Find out who soon enough!

It is a busy week with leaders courses in Blackburn and Birmingham as well as a referee training course in Sheffield and level 2 training courses in Manchester and Norwich. The leaders course in Blackburn is part of a wider program with the Association of Colleges Sport to train students across their affiliated colleges in their leadership academies. The leaders will then put their training into practice to deliver primary school festivals and after school clubs in their local areas and support British Dodgeball with our Primary School Competition Pathway.

We look forward to welcoming team GB back from Cancun too, more on that to come.

    Before you buy

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes! Our courses are set up so you can start, pause and return to your learning at times which are convenient to you. There is no time limit to compete the course in. The only exception to this is the online Level 2 course, which is made up of 2 webinars and lessons to complete before/after certain points, but this is all clearly marked.

Our courses are developed by teaching and coaching professionals from around the world, led by a Physical Education specialist teacher and international dodgeball coach from the UK. The WDBF Coaching Committee endorses the courses we develop to ensure the contents are of high value to dodgeball specialists and generalist sports educators alike.

Any device with access to a browser can access this course in its entirety. No additional software (e.g., word processors) or hardware is needed, unless explicitly stated (such as recording equipment for the online Level 2 course). We recommend using Google Chrome to complete the course, although it should be compatible with all browsers.

    Our courses are aimed at:

    • Anyone wanting to learn more about dodgeball
    • Physical Education teachers
    • Generalist sports coaches
    • Dodgeball coaches
    • Dodgeball players wanting to learn more about another code of the sport

It can be completed by anyone of any age, although it is recommended each learner is aged 13+. Anyone aged under 18 should get permission from a parent or guardian before signing up to online learning on this site.

Please see our refund & cancellation policy on our Policies page for more information.
