If you haven’t already seen, our Dodgeballer of the year was announced this week!
A pannel of 9 representatives from across the U.K. were assembled together to vote for their top 10 nominations. After much debate, we determined our top 3.

Overall 28 different people nominated, so much consideration was needed and after seeing the amazing work everyone was doing, this was not an easy decision. It’s truly amazing to see how so many people have positively impacted on dodgeball and the local community with the sport.

We awarded first, second and third places. These were your top 3;

In third place was Anthony Aldred from Granite City Guerrillas, who you also may know as the dodgeball kit collector. Anthony is a passionate leader at both club and country through his dedication to hard work in coaching, charity work, youth and community development.

Lizzie Rodulson from Surrey Fireballs took second place as she has demonstrated fantastic enthusiasm to develop new women’s only sessions, charity events and further outreach work to grow the sport.

Finally, first place was awarded to Dom Smith from Norwich Nighthawks. Dom has put his heart and soul into developing a new club in Norwich with passion and enthusiasm. He has been working with the local community to welcome new players of all ages and is also a referee mentor, coach and tutor in the sport.

Congratulations to our top 3 and everyone who was nominated, it’s amazing to see how so many people have such a positive impact on dodgeball.
