A tremendous opportunity for a skilled, talented individual to take on a senior role within the England Dodgeball team and take on the role of England Manager. An excellent set up and staff team is already established and we are looking for someone to pick this up and drive it forward in a professional and dynamic way. You will need an understanding of international dodgeball and how to develop an elite environment to drive performance as well as understanding England’s role within the British Dodgeball pyramid. 

The role is a voluntary position. 

You will have a particular focus on managing the performance of all England teams competing at international competition and running of the training academy. This will include a variety of management roles across different teams within the staff set up including, coaching, sport science and players. 

There will be day to day line management responsibilities of the Men’s and Women’s Head Coach and sport science staff, so good management skills and understanding of these areas are desirable.

This post will be based at home but travel around the country will be expected as well as international travel for competitions.

The recruitment process will be as following:

Closing Date: Sunday 26^th September 2021, 6pm 

Candidates will be shortlisted by the England Dodgeball Committee and Director of National Teams and will be emailed if they have or haven’t been successful for an interview. 

First Round Interview Date: W/C 4^th October 2021

Interviews will be given a pre interview task to complete and present at interview. The interview panel will consist of 2 members of the England Dodgeball Committee and Director of National teams. 

The panel will use several questions to explore the suitability of the candidate for the role. If needed the candidates may be invited to a further round of interviews. All candidates will receive outcome via email.

Second Round Interview Date: TBC if needed. 

Final round of interview if needed. Again, the candidate will be interviewed by 2 members of the England Dodgeball Committee and Director of National teams. 

All candidates will receive outcome via email.
