British Dodgeball is seeking forward-thinking people to join our Board of Directors in the following roles:
- Independent Non-Executive Director Finance
- Independent Non-Executive Director Governance & Risk
- Participant Representative – England
- Participant Representative – Northern Ireland
Since 2017, British Dodgeball has grown into a resilient organisation with ambitious plans for the future and is currently in the final application stage of sports council recognition from the sports councils of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
We are now looking to strengthen our Board with additional expertise to support strong governance, sustainability, and strategic decision-making.
About the role
This is a voluntary position, with all reasonable travel and subsistence expenses reimbursed.
- Time commitment: Approximately 2–3 days per month (5–6 Board meetings per year)
- Term: 3 years (maximum of two terms)
- Location: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, or Wales
As a Board Director, you will contribute to strategic oversight, fulfil Company Director responsibilities under the Companies Act (2006), and act as an ambassador for British Dodgeball.
