The England Lions Dodgeball national academy is a key part of the national development pathway, bridging the gap between grassroots participation and elite performance. Our programme is designed to identify, support, and develop players, coaches, and staff who are passionate about growing dodgeball and representing England with pride, professionalism, and commitment.
As the sport continues to grow, so does the need for dedicated individuals to support the England setup. We are now inviting applications for a range of roles across coaching and wider staffing positions.
We Are Recruiting for the Following Roles:
- Head of Operations
- Coach – Men’s Senior Cloth Squad
- Coach – Senior Foam Squad
- Coach – Development Squad
- Coach – Junior Squad
- Marketing – Marketing Lead
- Marketing – Content Creator
The Application Process
If you are interested in joining England Lions Dodgeball, the process is straightforward:

- We will review all applications and reach out to shortlisted candidates once the closing date has passed.
- Next steps will be shared with successful applicants:
- Coaching roles may include an interview and an assessment.
- Other staffing roles may involve an interview only.
